Voyage Cannabis Corp. has voluntarily recalled nine lots of PureFarma and PuraVida cannabis oil due to mislabeling.
Important note: The LDB only had inventory for the five SKU and lot combinations listed below.
Voyage Cannabis has notified the LDB that some boxes for elixir products were mislabeled. The incorrect labels state that the product’s intended use is “Inhalation”, instead of Ingestion.
The following products with the corresponding SKU and lot combinations are eligible for return:
